Dr. R.D. MISHRA (Director)

Dr Rudra Deo Mishra, Director, Greater Noida Productivity Council is President,  of Uttarakhand  Productivity Council, Dehradun  and Principal Advisor UP Productivity Council, Lucknow  has got 47 years of professional experience in the field of management consultancy, training and post graduate management teaching . Earlier Dr Mishra, has served as Director &  Head with National Productivity Council, Kanpur  (under Ministry of C & I, GoI ) for thirty  years,  and with Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management & Research  for two years and Post graduate management teaching for seven years.Apart from this Dr Mishra has got rich administrative experience in Government. Mr. Mishra has earned Ph.D. in Management from B.H.U. and is M.B.A., M.Sc. (Math).

A certified trainer having done extensive work in areas of HR, Strategic Leadership and Organization Development in multi cultural business environments with large MNC’s and Indian organizations A veteran in the field of pedagogy, with more than 37 years of teaching & training experience, Dr. Mishra has conducted more than 650  modules of training programme for Senior, Middle and junior levels of personnel in more than Sixty Public and Private sector organisations and has trained more than 50000 Executives. Dr Mishra has  conducted Hospital Administration Programme in 70 district Hospitals of U.P. apart from organising more than 125  Residential programmes at different locations like Goa, Port blair, Mussoorie, Dalhousie, Mount Abu etc.

Dr. Mishra has Supervised Ph.D. (Mgmt) to Mr K.V.Trivedi of Indore University on the Topic “A Study In Executive Job Hopping in Indian Industry”. At present Dr Mishra is supervising Sri Devendra Jaiswal , Associate Professor of  GHSIMR, Kanpur on the topic “Supply Chain Issues of Industries” at MONAD University. Hapur (U.P)

Dr. Mishra has contributed many articles in the field of Management  in various Journals and Magazines and is widely travelled and conducted  programmes in Austrarila, U.S.A., Japan, China, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Mangolia, Malaysia, Nepal, etc.

Dr. ASHOK KUMAR RAGHAV (President)

Dr. Ashok Kumar Raghav is a former IPS officer and a Vice Chancellor. He has earned a doctorate in Environmental Sciences with a special focus on Environmental Impact Assessment of mining in the Himalayas. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society of London and Fellow of Bioved Research Society. He is also a Law graduate. He is an accredited panel member of MCN-FICM (Mediation and Conciliation Network) as an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) expert. He has worked with the media agency Press Trust of India. He is a recipient of President’s medal for gallantry. He has been conferred Green award of Doon Ratna Series “Shivalik Ratan” under the aegis of Uttarakhand Citizen Council.

Mr. RAM DUTT TRIPATHI (Vice President)

An internationally known multi- media journalist and legal consultant. He was voice of the BBC Hindi Service in India for more than two decades (1992 -2013). At present he works as an independent journalist ,media and legal consultant. He is based in Lucknow, the capital city of India’s most populous state of Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Tripathi has covered varied issues including politics, law , environment , health , crime , education, agriculture, religion and social conflicts. His in-depth coverage on Ayodhya dispute is worthy of being converted into a scholarly work. He has been keen observer of The silent political revolution by lower castes. He has been covering pollution and environmental degradation of Ganga , Yamuna , Gomti and their tributaries. Mr Tripathi covered the Maoists armed struggle in Nepal and its transition into parliamentary democracy. Prior to BBC Mr Tripathi was special correspondent for the weekly Sunday Mail and chief reporter of a Hindi daily Amrit Prabhat. After leaving BBC Mr Tripathi registered himself as an advocate . He is a law graduate from Allahabad University

His interest in journalism arose from his proactive involvement in the revolutionary Sarvoday and JP movements. He was managing editor of fortnightly Nagar Swarajya magazine at the age of 21 years only. This was mouth piece of Sarvoday Vichar Prachar Samiti, Allahabad and the J P Movement. He spent 18 months in Varanasi and Naini Allahabad central jails during Emergency. After the end of emergency and restoration of democracy in India Mr Tripathi chose journalism as his full time profession for public service.  Mr. Tripathi has been secretary of the Indian Federation of Working Journalists, President Uttar Pradesh State Accredited Correspondents Committee , President UP Press Club and founder secretary Gulistan Club, Lucknow.
