NEW INITIATIVES:

The following are the new initiatives for RSPC services for Productivity Improvement:

1.    Management System Certification Services for Training and Consultancy for guiding the industries for documentation, implementation & certification of Management System Standards, to assist in improving their performance in the fields of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Food Safety & Social Accountability, for the following Standards:

      (i)     ISO-9001-Quality Management System
      (ii)     ISO-14001-Environment Management System
      (iii)     OHSAS-18001-Occupational Health & Safety Management System
      (iv)     ISO-22001-Food Safety Management System
      (v)     SA-8000-Social Accountability

2.    Environmental related Services:
    (i) One day programme on EHS legal frame work in India/Social Laws, covering Environmental Laws, Safety Laws(Factories Act, Mines Act, Electricity Rules etc.)
        (ii)Two days programme on Environment Protection covering EHS legal requirements,  Environmental Pollution Abatement, EIA process in India, Sustainability practices for Organizations-World Bank/IFC requirements, CDM and Carbon trading.

3.    Job-assessment studies for designing Productivity norms for workers engaged in production, at the works of different organizations, due to changes in technology, persons, time or any other reason(s).

4.    Consultancy Services in Effective Communication, Discipline, Office-Productivity, Administration & HRD.

5.    A short-term programme for “Enhancement of Capacity of Human Capital for Excellence” in English, for the middle-level employees of various organizations, for two full days or  spread over a few days with part time working.

6.    One day programme on “Better Performance through Transformation” for Industrial workers, in English and/or Hindi, covering Self-development, Positive Thinking, Communication Skills, Time Management, Stress Management & Meditation at GNPC.6.    A two days programme on “Inventory Management” for the Industrial Organizations.

7.    Diagnostic surveys with the objective of looking for avenues for improvements on the shop floor of Industrial Organizations, including suggesting studies for specific areas.

8.    Studies of the present status of Companies/Organizations for suggesting scope of improvement, including suggesting studies for specific areas.

9.    One day programme for employees of middle management level, covering Kaizen, 5-S, JIT, Brainstorming.

10.    One day programme for employees of middle management level, covering Six Sigma technique.

11.    Awareness lectures on Productivity improvement related topics or any specific requirement(s)
